The vet that evaluated him said it should not bother him in a bother career at all and that he would pass him in a pre-purchase exam. This guy is handsome and ready to go! Flaco is a 2018 solidly built gelding by Street Sense. Standing 16h, this young man never raced. He had a chip removed from his ankle and completely recovered from that. Afterwards, he started getting heat in his knee. His knee was x-ray'd and no issues were found but his owner and trainer decided to retire him anyway so that he could participate in a slightly less demanding second career. The 2017 filly stands about 15.2h and is reported to be very sweet and easy according to her current caretaker. Belle had a slab fracture repaired and it unfortunately became infected. Sorellina is a beautiful, sound 2017 filly that is retiring because she wasn't a very successful racehorse. The trainer said she did not enjoy her job at the track which is fine, because we know someone will fall in love with her. Jericho Marsh is a big, gorgeous gelding. This 2015 laid-back love stands at least 16.3h. He is retiring sound due to poor performance as a racehorse. Lucky you! We love Kathak! This dark, regal 4 year old gelding is retiring sound. He was a horse that only ran on the turf and not successfully enough for the owner to want to keep him until next season. In addition to being quiet and cool, we think think this almost liver chestnut guy is very handsome. Three Chopt Punch is a special 2015, 16h gelding. This gentle fella was re-started a bit by his fern. He has some W,T, C under his belt and even popped over some cross rails. Sheikh of Sheikhs is a wonderfully kind, 16.2h gelding. The 7 year old is laid back, has been turned out on a farm recently before officially retiring and was even ridden in a Western saddle at the track a few times. He takes everything in stride. He had a hole in his left suspensory in the past which has healed completely. He should be suitable for most disciplines. (Posted November 2020)

Quit Your Moanin' is a very special guy. He was born with a birth defect...a crooked ankle. He ran successfully on it for years with no problems. He also has some ships in his knee. "Moanin" is very quiet and extremely sweet and would make a perfect trail horse. He will be limited to that but luckily his temperament fits the bill. Praise the Moon is an extremely handsome and tall guy standing a good 16.2h. He had a very small fracture of his left front sesamoid but the vets feel it will heal well. Are did not want to bring him out of his stall with his current injury but trust us when we say this picture does not do him justice. He may be limited to mid-level activities but most people aren't looking for more than that. Keep him in mind and check on his progress with MidAtlantic Horse Rescue...we have a feeling he's going to be popular! (Posted October 2020)

Why Oh Why is an unraced 2 year old filly by Scipion. The lovely grey was in race training and just wasn't feeling it so her owner retired her. She is sound.
