Sister Says might be on the smaller side but she is definitely mighty. A very talented and athletic mare, as evidenced by her Stakes Placed designation, Sister Says is lovely to rider per her exercise rider. Unfortunately, she bowed a tendon and will need a few more months off but once her rehab is complete she is going to make someone a lovely horse. To meet her in person, contact MidAtlantic Horse Rescue (Posted May 2019).

ADOPTED...Thank You!

Trion Wings is a very handsome guy as you can see. He currently measures about 15.3h but at 3 years old, he is very likely to grow more. He is also still a colt but will be gelded before adoption. Keep him on your radar...he is going to need a few months of recovery time as he just had chips removed from both knees, but the good news is the surgeon said the joints are in good condition. Trion Wings may be slightly limited, but for most of us non-Olympic riders, it shouldn't matter! Meet him in person at After the Races. (Posted April 2019)

Kitchen Soup

ADOPTED! Thank You!

Kitchen Soup is a frisky, sound guy that is retiring at the age of 3. He is over 16h and just wasn't a fast enough racehorse for his owner to want to continue on with him. Instead, he decided an early retirement from racing was in order so that he could go on to compete in something that is more up his alley. He may mellow out the more he is turned out but he is currently "on the muscle" from his racing career. Check in with the great people at After the Races to get more information on this super prospect. (Posted March 2019)

Saint Mistress

ADOPTED...Thank You!

This beautiful, sweet gal retired awhile ago and waited patiently for a spot at one of our aftercare facilities. She really deserves the best of homes. Saint Mistress was a hard worker at the track and developed some arthritis in her right front fetlock. She will be a bit limited...we don't see much jumping in her future but she should be fine for flatwork and an occasional cross rail. If you are looking for a flashy, all around, sweetheart , this is the lady for you! Go spend some time with her at the Foxie G Foundation. (Posted March 2019)

The Facility
Ingadore

You can meet her at the beautiful Akindale Thoroughbred Rescue in NY. (Posted March 2019)

She is 16.1h+ and has a nice disposition. Don't let the old wives tale about chestnut mares ruin your shot at a perfect, athletic partner. In addition to a good personality, she also has a great work ethic having hit the board in more than half of her 33 starts. To meet her in person, contact After the Races. (Posted February 2019)
